  Our original company, AccuCheck, was founded in 1989. Cherie Fretto founded the company in Troy, New York to service local businesses in coping with ever increasing regulations in payroll and human resources. What originally started as a small entrepreneurial business has evolved into four corporations which provide payroll, payroll tax management, staff management services, and PEO/staff leasing.

In 1991 Barbara Swint joined our group and has been instrumental in taking us from a local payroll service to a multimillion dollar payroll and professional employer organization with employees and clients in over 10 states. Our growth has resulted in us now maintaining two main offices, one in Troy, New York and the other in Clearwater, Florida.

Today all four companies service thousands of employees and clients primarily in the eastern United States. We are proud to say that our greatest asset is our staff who consist of dedicated professionals that provide the best in customer service. Our success has been a result of the high standards of our employees as well as their expertise in the areas of which they work.
