Validation Studies
Behaviortest specializes in conducting criterion-related validation studies for individual clients who are considered customized testing programs. This type of validation demonstrates a relationship between test scores and job performance measures.

Since our beginnings, Behaviortest had been called upon by top companies for the sensitive job of assisting with outplacement. We provide career counseling through testing and face-to-face meetings. The service range from individual programs (counseling, testing, marketing, resume and interview techniques) to combination programs of seminars, individuals counseling and extended follow-up.
