How We Handle Your Data

Version dated Oct. 31, 2026.

Read on for the little that payrollchecks.net records and how to get it deleted.

What PayrollChecks holds

Ideas for new paycheck estimates are stored so we can check them, plus whatever name you chose to leave; your address is never published.

Posts and scores you share on PayrollChecks are saved and can appear on the page; ask and we will take yours down.

To count each person once, only a scrambled stand-in for the IP address is saved, not the real address.

We record plain counts like clicks on links that leave the site, and nothing personal.

As a matter of routine, our server writes down the IP address, browser and page requested, to keep out abuse.

Saved on your side

The calculators here work entirely in the page, so we never see your inputs.

Forms that remember things remember what you last typed in your browser for next time; we never receive any of that.

Cookies on PayrollChecks

Looking around PayrollChecks requires no login, and we do not drop tracking cookies.

Where we use measurement tools or advertising, those services may set their own cookies, though blocking them does not break the site.

Certain links on PayrollChecks can earn us a commission if you buy, and their cookies are theirs to explain.

Getting your data deleted

If you want your details gone, message payroll@payrollchecks.net; we answer every one.

Who else gets it

PayrollChecks does not sell personal information to advertisers or anyone else. Beyond our hosting and email providers, your details are not handed on unless we are legally obliged.

Children and changes

Nothing about paychecks and payroll here is directed at children under 13, so if a child under 13 has sent us anything, tell us and we will delete it.

When something here changes, the revised version replaces this one with the date updated.
